 The exact firmware image running on peter: edk2-rk3588 v1.1 upstream
 release binary (trust-on-first-download, sha256 pinned 2026-07-30;
 provenance: reports/2026-08-06-peter-edk2-provenance.md). Contains the
 closed Rockchip DDR-init blob, a transient SPL and a dormant OP-TEE blob;
 BL31 and UEFI are built from source upstream. Used by the Scutarius
 installer SD image for Rock 5B+ and by its SPI-flash finish-install step.
 To be replaced by the Scutarius source build once SD-proven (spec S12).
